Lessons

・All lesson times are shown in your local time zone. Please double-check your time zone before booking.​​

・You can cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

　Changes or cancellations are not allowed within 24 hours of the lesson.
・If you do not attend the lesson, it will be considered completed and is non-refundable.

・If you are late or experience technical issues on your side, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.

・If the tutor is unable to attend the lesson, a full refund will be provided.​​

​・If the lesson is shortened due to the tutor's lateness or technical issues, the lost time will be made up by extending the lesson or providing appropriate compensation.

・To allow time to prepare for the next lesson, 60-minute lessons may end 5 minutes early.

レッスンポリシー

​

・すべてのレッスン時間は、お住まいの地域のタイムゾーンで表示されています。
　予約前に、タイムゾーンが正しく設定されているかご確認ください。

・レッスン開始24時間前までは、キャンセルまたは日程変更が可能です。
　レッスン開始24時間以内のキャンセルや日程変更はできません。

・学生がレッスンに参加できない場合は、レッスン完了扱いとなり、返金はできません。

・学生がレッスンに遅れたり、通信・機器等のトラブルが発生した場合でも、レッスンは予定時刻に終了します。

・講師がレッスンに出席できない場合は、全額返金いたします。

・万一、講師側の遅刻や通信・機器等のトラブルによりレッスン時間が短くなった場合は、不足した時間分を延長するか、状況に応じて補償いたします。

・次のレッスンの準備のため、６０分レッスンは5分前に終了することがあります。
